Key Responsibilities

Business Opportunity Development
Identify, acquire, and develop new business opportunities for passenger transport services.
Outbound Sales Outreach
Conduct outbound business development activities (calls, visits, emails) to grow the client portfolio.
Handling Incoming Leads
Manage inbound leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
Preparing Offers & Closing Deals
Prepare and present commercial proposals; negotiate terms and close deals.
Managing Client Relationships
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, facility managers, and procurement departments.
Coordinating Trips with Operations
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth trip execution and high customer satisfaction.
Keeping CRM & Reports Updated
Maintain accurate CRM records, activity logs, and sales reports.
Researching Market Trends
Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business expansion opportunities.

Candidate Competencies

Mandatory Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations in transportation, logistics, tourism, rental services, or related sectors
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
High motivation, goal-driven mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
Customer-focused, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to build strong B2B relationships and represent the company professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B passenger transport, fleet rental, or travel services.
Knowledge of Dubai and UAE transportation routes and corporate mobility needs.
Candidates available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
